2. Exchanges
If you receive an item(s) that is faulty or damaged, we offer a free exchange within 7
days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team via email or phone within 7
days of delivery to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to
return the item(s) to us. Once we receive the item(s) and verify the condition, we will
process a replacement within 7 business days.

3. Refunds
GadgetSook.com does NOT offer refunds.

4. Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original packaging,
unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been
customized or personalized, including engraved or monogrammed phones.

5. Shipping

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or
exchanges. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase
shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
